Processing Time 

The time needed to prepare your order for dispatch varies. Some products are held in stock and will be send to you within in a few days.

However, if you have chosen an item which is out of stock or is a made to order piece it can take up to 4 weeks to make it especially for you. We do prioritise our website orders for a quicker dispatch time when at all possible . 

Custom or large orders may take longer to dispatch.   

Shipping Prices & Carriers 

Your orders shipping price is calculated by weight at Checkout. If your order is over the allowed weight then multiple orders will need to be placed.    

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service unless specifically agreed otherwise with the buyer 

International Shipping 

This is available, postage charges will be calculated on request. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Thistledown Pottery is not responsible for delays due to customs.
